Obstructive sleep apnoea is characterised by repeated episodes of partial or complete upper airway obstruction during sleep, leading to intermittent hypoxia, fragmented sleep, and excessive daytime sleepiness Early detection of OSA is important to prevent cardiovascular difficulties. This study aimed to assess OSA risk using the STOP-Bang questionnaire in hypertensive adults and to evaluate associated echocardiographic findings.
